Raffle Mechanics
1. Promo period is from August 25-September 9, 2023, 5PM.
2. For every 750 php single (1) receipt purchased from the participating restaurant for the Part 1 of Spanish Week: Tapas Route and other participating brands on the Part 2 of the event: Spanish Street Fest on September 9, 2023 at Paseo de Roxas Street, Makati, guests are entitled to (1) raffle entry. If the purchase is 1,500 php, guests are entitled to (2) raffle entries and so on.

3. To participate in the raffle, guests must scan the QR code provided and fill in the form with all the necessary information (e.g. complete name, contact number, email, proof of purchase) on the day of their visit to the participating restaurant from September 1 to September 30, 2023. Participants during the Spanish Street Fest on September 9, 2023 at Paseo de Roxas Street may also join the raffle by purchasing from the participating restaurants and brands using the same raffle mechanics.

Guests must upload a proof of their purchase (receipt) with a visible total amount of purchase with date and time in the said form.

4. Deadline for submission of raffle entries is on September 30, 2023 at 5PM.
5. Raffle draw will be held on October 2, 2023, 1 PM at La Camara’s Office (Unit 18-A Chatham House, 116 Valero St, Corner V.A. Rufino St, Makati, 1227 Metro Manila) in the presence of a DTI representative.

For the winner of the grand prize, before the date of travel, the passport must be valid for at least six (6) months. Except as specified above, the grand prize winner is responsible for paying all out-of-pocket expenditures (e.g. meals, travel tax/insurance, visas, and any other ancillary fees, including the cost of travel from their province to Manila).

Ticket must be issued at least three (3) months before departure date or validity date, whichever is earlier.

Ticket is valid from Manila to Spain.

Maximum of four (4) segments are allowed for the ticket.

Ticket is non-refundable, non-endorsable, non-reroutable and valid on Turkish Airlines operating flights only.

Ticket must be issued in Turkish Airlines GSA Manila Office and once issued; the travel date cannot be changed.

Tickets can be claimed until 31 March 2024. Extension is not permitted.

Travel date is valid until 30 June 2024 (the return date of the last segment of travel for the ticket must be completed on or before 30 June 2024). Please take note of the office schedules for the holiday season and kindly process the redemption before the said period.

Confirmation of booking is subject to seat availability.

Q charges are waived in traveling under this agreement. International and domestic government taxes are to be collected upon ticket issuance.

7. The grand prize is not exchangeable for cash and non-transferable. GCs are not exchangeable for cash but transferrable.
8. Winners shall be notified via registered email and SMS, and their names will be posted at the social media platform of La Camara (Facebook and Instagram).
9. Announcement of winners will be posted through the Facebook and Instagram platforms of La Camara on October 12, 2023, the National Day of Spain:

10. A participant can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, the winner must get the prize with a higher value.
11. Winner may claim his/her prize at La Camara's office (Unit 18-A Chatham House, 116 Valero St, Corner V.A. Rufino St, Makati, 1227 Metro Manila). For provincial winners, La Camara will coordinate with the winner and make necessary arrangements.
12. To claim the prize, winners must present two (2) valid government-issued IDs together with a printed email notification from La Camara stating that they won a prize.
13. If claiming through an authorized representative, present an authorization letter from the winner, a photocopy of the winner's and his/her representative’s (2) valid IDs, with the printed email notification from La Camara to claim the prize.
14. Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of La Camara with prior approval of DTI.
15. All employees of La Camara and the sponsors of the event and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
